Responsibilities as Customer Relationship Associate:

  • Communication with clients on phone, emails and social media.
  • Providing help, information and guidance to customers.
  • Following up customer inquiries.
  • Build rapport with clients.
  • Act as a go-between for ZSL employees and clients
  • Work closely with the ZSL staff which is dealing directly with clients, to explain clients’ needs
  • Online video interaction with customers on Facebook, YouTube and other Social Media
  • In case of corporate clients, build relationships with different members of the client team who make or influence decisions
