Responsibilities as Customer Relationship Associate:
- Communication with clients on phone, emails and social media.
- Providing help, information and guidance to customers.
- Following up customer inquiries.
- Build rapport with clients.
- Act as a go-between for ZSL employees and clients
- Work closely with the ZSL staff which is dealing directly with clients, to explain clients’ needs
- Online video interaction with customers on Facebook, YouTube and other Social Media
- In case of corporate clients, build relationships with different members of the client team who make or influence decisions
